Orthodontics is a dental specialty that treats misalignment and malocclusion of teeth. Treatment usually consists of braces or a retainer. A variety of procedures and braces are now available. Dr. Burwell only treats cases that consist of minor tooth movement specifically in the anterior portion of the mouth and usually only for esthetic improvement.
